Beautifully maturing, the bouquet shows dark plum, dried cherry and smoked game with a herbal infusion. It's succulent and attractively expressed on the palate, delivering savoury nuances backed by chalky tannins, finishing long and sturdy.
As Dad (Mike) and I sat around the dinner table, we decided to open one of these so we could taste it again and then let you know what we thought of it. So we cracked open the bottle, poured some glasses, gave it the ritual swirl and then took a sip... What followed was our taste buds thanking us for drinking this. Just joyous to drink. this wine is good, very good. I could drink this every day. It is just that bloody delicious. You could cellar this wine but I'm sure once you open that first bottle, you won't want to wait to drink the rest of them... Also, we only have a pallet of this wine so make sure you don't miss out or I might drink it all...
