At its best: now to 2030. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe grapes for this wine were hand harvested from a single vineyard in the Dry River area of Martinborough in the middle of March 2023. They were pressed directly to a combination of French oak 500 and 600L puncheons, and 225L barriques, where the wine underwent  a spontaneous fermentation.
