Here's How it Works:

Pre-Fundraising 

  • Get in touch with our team and let us know you're interested in running a wine fundraiser. 
  • We'll send through everything you need to run a wine fundraiser for your team or cause, including; our wine list with tasting notes, images and scores, fundraiser pricing, order form template, and a link to a shared spreadsheet to track orders. 
  • You’ll decide which wines you want to offer, and how much you want to sell them for.  
  • Confirm your fundraiser start and end dates. 
  • Edit the order form with the wines you're offering, prices, end date, and your branding.  

 

Mid-Fundraising 

  • You’ll get the word out and advertise your fundraiser to everyone who may be interested in supporting your cause – from friends and family, to local businesses, parents, teachers and colleagues.  

Post-Fundraising 

  • We'll generate an invoice based on the orders.   
  • You and your team/ group will distribute orders to your wine fundraiser supporters! 

*Please note, to maximise your wine fundraiser profit margins we ship your entire order to a single physical address. Shipping is included to the Wellington region. For fundraisers outside of the Wellington region, the additional cost of shipping is quoted once all orders are confirmed.
