Description:  The wine shows the typical Central Otago hallmarks of red and dark fruit intertwined with savoury complexities.

Winemaking:  The Vineyard was established at the turn of the century and exclusively planted with Pinot Noir, to capture what Central Otago has become world-famous for. 2017 was another great Central Otago vintage with a warm summer and long dry autumn. This has given us a wine of great vibrancy and intensity.

Gentle handling has ensured finesse, 30% whole bunches were included in the fermentation. Maturation was for 1 year in French Oak.
